Group Therapy

Group Therapy

Welcome!

I offer groups aimed at improving Eating Disorder issues, general functioning and coping, and relationships/social challenges. Group therapy provides an excellent opportunity to gain support, increase self-awareness, and learn new behaviors to cope. Some groups will be limited to a specific number of sessions, while others will be open-ended and persist as long as there is sufficient membership to maintain the group. All potential group members will have a screening consultation to ensure group therapy is indicated.
